Apple Butter with Whole Grain Bread

These are some of the jars of apple butter I made this week, hopefully to sell at the Hampstead Farmer's Market in the summer. It is a similar recipe to the pear butter I blogged about earlier.

The bread is a seven-grain bread. The easiest recipe for whole grain bread I've found yet.

Toasted with apple butter, it is delicious!
