| Red, White, and Blue Potatoes for Potato Salad
I was so excited in the spring when I found blue seed potatoes at our local garden store. Now, it is the Fourth of July, and they are ready to dig. With some red onion, red wine vinegar, dill, and mayo, these will make a delicious salad. Happy Fourth everyone!
If anyone would like to stop by for some lettuce or beets, please do. We have plenty right now. We also have extra eggs right now for $3.00 a dozen.
