This one is called, Jamie's Food Revolution by Jamie Oliver.
This book caught my eye because we watched a show with Jamie, where he was trying to change school lunches. His goal is to encourage people to each whole real food. He gives great recipes in the book, some simple and some more complicated. The Classic Tomato Spagetti that I made from the book this week was simple and delicious. It was tastier that my normal jar of spagetti sauce, and so much better for the family. It is about taking steps in the right direction, one meal at a time.
We are on a journey toward healthier eating. One shopping trip, one meal, one snack, one day at a time.
