Here is the salad dressing I made up last night. It was a big hit. We have been eating salads with most lunches and suppers, so a new dressing is always welcome.
Jewel's Honey Mustard Salad Dressing
1 c. extra-virgin olive oil
2 Tbsp. mustard
1 Tbsp. dijon mustard
3 Tbsp. white vinegar
4 Tbsp. honey
1 tsp. salt
Blend in the blender for 1 min.
