Molasses Cookies Recipe with Better Ingredients
1. Cream together:1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. black-strap molasses
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. flax meal (optional)
2. Add:
2 tsp. baking soda
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/3 c. almond milk or cow's milk
3. Stir in:
4 1/2 c. whole-wheat flour
Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes
