This webpage by Lauren Greutman has crockpot meals that you freeze ahead. They are so easy! I have used the free meal plan, then bought more of them because we liked them so much. If you don't use the crockpot, you can also cook most of them on the stove or oven.
The best part is that you freeze 20 bags in one day (no cooking, just dumping the ingredients into freezer bags), then you just empty each bag into the crockpot. Your food is cooked by the end of the day!
My friend, Hope and our girls helped us to add the ingredients. It was fun! We were able to get all of them done in an afternoon, with time to spare. Then, we had 40 meals altogether ready for the freezer!
